Nearly Two Decades of Technology Leadership

The company known today as Allquik began in 2007 when George Ioannides founded Fidelity Systems with a simple mission: provide businesses with dependable technology solutions and personalized support they could trust.

What started with a single server in a basement grew through hard work, strong client relationships, and a commitment to putting customers first. Over the years, Fidelity Systems earned a reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and technical expertise, helping businesses throughout Northeast Ohio navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape.

Today, that same commitment continues under a new name: Allquik.

Where It All Started

In 2007, I founded Fidelity Systems with a simple goal: providing businesses with the reliable technology support and customer service I felt was missing in the industry.

Working from my parents’ basement with a used server, I focused on helping organizations improve security through Microsoft’s Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). After building the infrastructure and securing my first client—a nursery school in Elyria, Ohio—I quickly proved the model could work.

Soon afterward, I landed a larger client with more than 250 devices across four locations, expanding my expertise in network infrastructure, security, servers, and comprehensive IT support.

Those early experiences shaped the philosophy that still drives Allquik today: technology isn’t just about hardware and software—it’s about helping businesses operate securely, efficiently, and with confidence.

2007 — Fidelity Systems Is Founded

George Ioannides founded Fidelity Systems with a vision of delivering honest, reliable IT support to businesses that needed more than just technical assistance—they needed a trusted partner.

Working from a basement office, George focused on helping local businesses build and maintain dependable technology environments while establishing the values that would guide the company for years to come.

2008 — First Office Opens in Fairview Park

As client demand grew, Fidelity Systems opened its first office in Fairview Park, Ohio.

This milestone marked the company’s transition from a startup operation into a growing technology services business, providing a foundation for future expansion and long-term client partnerships.

Building a Reputation for Excellence

Throughout the following years, Fidelity Systems continued to grow through referrals, customer loyalty, and a reputation for solving problems quickly and effectively.

The company’s commitment to responsive service and long-term relationships helped establish a strong presence within the local business community.

Supporting Larger Organizations

One of the company’s early defining moments came when Fidelity Systems secured a client requiring support for more than 250 devices.

This opportunity pushed the company to expand its capabilities, strengthen internal processes, and develop the expertise necessary to support larger and more complex technology environments.

Successfully managing a deployment of this scale demonstrated that the company could deliver enterprise-level solutions while maintaining the personalized service that clients valued.

Expanding Services for a Changing Technology Landscape

2024 — Fidelity Systems Becomes Allquik

After nearly two decades of serving clients as Fidelity Systems, the company was rebranded as Allquik.

While the name changed, the mission remained exactly the same: delivering reliable technology solutions, exceptional customer service, and trusted guidance to help businesses succeed.

The Allquik brand reflects our continued commitment to innovation, responsiveness, and helping clients move forward in an increasingly digital world.

Early Days

I launched my business from my parents’ basement, starting with a used server that I meticulously upgraded to handle WSUS operations. To ensure reliable service, I increased our internet bandwidth and established a site-to-site VPN to connect with potential clients.

My perseverance paid off when I secured my first customer, a nursery school in Elyria, OH, and began successfully deploying security updates. However, bandwidth issues initially slowed the process, which I resolved by investing in a firewall, significantly improving update speed and reliability. This early success led to securing a second customer—a larger organization with over 250 devices across four sites – requiring both update services and comprehensive support. This challenge allowed me to showcase my expertise, particularly in SonicWall firewalls, Cisco routers, HP switches, with Dell and HP servers. Confident in the reliability of these products and my ability to support them, I focused my offerings on these areas, providing remote and onsite support, WSUS updates, and hardware and software maintenance.

These early achievements, rooted in overcoming technical challenges and delivering exceptional service, established a strong foundation for my business and set the stage for its long-term growth and success.
